Added on 05/15/2022: I took a hygrometer - it turned out that the best humidifier is a bathtub left with water and an open door. In an hour, it raises the humidity level in the apartment to 60%. Turning on and leaving the shower helps to quickly humidify the air. If the glass in the bathroom fogs up, it means that in this volume the humidity level has time to rise to the dew point. No moisturizer I know of does this. And now we put a fan at the entrance to the bathroom and direct the air into the rooms.
