I bought the pink/blue set with no problems. I liked them so much that I decided to buy another set. The black was just as great as my previous products. However, the transparent arrived damaged. It looks like there should be some sort of hook connecting the webbing to the buckle, but there isn't. The buckle itself can still be fastened and the bag is waterproof. I can't reattach the strap because I have no way of "rethreading" it through anything. I think there must be a piece of plastic that went through the hole and held the webbing in place. I have never had such problems with damaged products. I'm disappointed as I use them for my part time coaching job where I need a waterproof compartment for my phone etc. I wanted to keep the transparent one for myself and have already given the old ones to my assistants. I will return this product and maybe find a more reliable solution for me.
