I gave this product four stars because the only downside is that the cubes are very difficult to get to when they are frozen which I think is because that they are small but otherwise great dice trays! The bowls are made of silicone and once the water is in the cubes it is very difficult to pour the water out unless they are completely upside down. (Great!) The cubes in the center pop out very easily, but once you get past the edges they become a lot more difficult to maneuver and start to melt when I take them all out, but I love the texture of them in my mouth and they're the perfect size to fit in a mug or bottle. We like to freeze them and then have a ziploc bag to empty them and then refill them to put back in the freezer with the bag for easy access. Not a bad tray, just needs time to get them out.
