Review on Centerpoint Direct, LLC by Carta Gutierrez

The customer service was excellent during our entire experience with them from start to finish! They have been extremely helpful in providing support for all things technology related (including their own products). I would highly recommend this vendor as they are very professional, knowledgeable about industry standards, quick at responding to questions/problems that arise, great communicators - both written & verbal, etc.,etc.. We use many different vendors throughout my work day but there isn't another one we trust quite like CPDC. Their team has helped us through some rather difficult situations over the years including multiple server migrations which took place while working remotely across several time zones without any issues whatsoever. I like that this service provides excellent customer support in addition to their great products. They are always willing to help us with any issue we have and they are constantly improving their services. The only thing I dislike about them is that there isn't anything else that I can think of. There really isn't anything wrong with this company. Their products are very easy to use and their customer service is amazing! We've been using this for our call center and it has made things so much easier.
