Due to the minimal difference in cost between 8K and 4K cables, I chose 8K even though I use a 4K TV I can't speak of 8K quality here. This is a well made and sold cable. The cable itself is heavier than most other HDMI cables I have. The connectors snap firmly into place, and there is rigid PVC where the cable connects to the HDMI ports. The cable is branded with a company name on both connectors, which I find unusual among suppliers of such products. When a company spends money to label such a product, it means that (i) it believes in the product and wants to be identified with it, (ii) is trying to create a brand name, and (iii) if the customer needs support , the company wants to be found. I've had far too many dead wires that didn't have any markings, so I have great respect when a company spends money to mark their logo on these types of products. Conclusion: The cable works excellently in 4K, well made. and is sold by a company that is easy to identify and find. I have nothing to complain about.
