I like the product, the quality did not disappoint.
I decided to make an impulsive purchase because I was eager to try something new and because I hoped that the console would provide me with access to some compelling original content. I bought it as a supplement to my computer and use it primarily as a media player for streaming videos and movies. Since I don't own a television, I find the PS4 Pro's near-silent functioning enthralling; instead of using my computer to watch TV in the evenings, I switch on the console. The console proved very useful during the pandemic. As I've already mentioned, I still enjoy playing on the PS4 Pro despite its many significant flaws. Honestly, I'd give it a 3, but I'm not raising my hand because I find this console to be quite endearing. I can even tolerate the irritating axis of its disarray. And this is despite the fact that I haven't used the prefix in its original use for a very long time. There have been zero malfunctions or faults with this equipment till this very day. It's the norm in the game industry. However, not at the price I just saw. In this economic situation, I would have pursued some other interest.
- Design that is beautiful, elegant, and strict; gamepad that is pretty pleasant and sturdy; support for optical cables; a quiet working process; and just a good technique that you want to use despite some severe, in my opinion, drawbacks. At least some games feature a high-performance mode, which is great.
- The second minus, 30 unlucky frames, is due to the lack of 21:9 display support and the fact that not all games offer the same performance mode (1080p 60fps). With such poor results, I gave up on some paid games right at the start. Because of the excessive latency, many games are unresponsive, making it feel like your actions are "drunk" when you try to control a character or flip the camera around. Although, for instance, the same Horizon was played properly at a lock of 30 frames per second. And even he doesn't provide 60fps in the graphical settings. It's a shame the Pro version wasn't around back when it was advertised as a powerful 4K gaming computer. Concerning the operating system, the interface and navigation are both major negatives. A whole nightmare; navigating, opening apps, and typing are all major hassles when using a controller. In this respect, the Steam version of Big Picture is noticeably more user-friendly; the layout is clean, the fonts are unique, and the typing speed is good (for the controller, of course). I'm not going to even bring up the topic of how much games, online payments, and ad-supported YouTube cost. If I don't carefully set the gamepad on the couch, the triggers will click and rewind the video, which is quite annoying. In comparison to the Xbox One and Xbox 360 controllers, which are designed with the convenience of gameplay in action games in mind, I find the design of the controller to be extremely lacking. But it's considerably better designed in that regard, and it certainly doesn't discredit the gamepad as a whole. In fact, he's pretty good. For fun, I'd rather have an ogue from the competition.
