Review on Extra Wide Navy Blue Blackout Patio Curtains - 100 X 108 Inches With Thermal Insulation And Grommet Top For Sliding Doors And Room Dividers by Brittany Moore

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not true to size when on the rod. Slides with difficulty.

As a blackout curtain it is very good. No light is getting through. It is very wrinkled but it's only been up one day. While the length of 100" is correct when laying flat, it does NOT cover a 100" opening. When hanging it is about 90-92 inches so it won't really cover a two-door patio door.It slides on the curtain rod with limited success. If you only slide it halfway it is fine but if you slide it to one side and try to slide it back you can only go about halfway and then you have to grab it at about the halfway point, pull it across partway, and rhen finish pulling it the rest of the way. If you don't, it will bind on rhe curtain rod and no amount of force will move it.If you want a curtain, I don't recommend it as the width doesn't work well on the rod. As a room divider it might work better but you will still need to wrestle with it. For a sliding curtain I would recommend getting a two panel unit with each panel of 60" wide to cover a 100" opening. How do you rate sheerness on a blackout curtain? By definition it should not be sheer. This is definitely not sheer. Ridiculous to have that question for this item.
