I bought these flags for my backyard lawn as the old flags looked tired and worn. When the flags arrived they were not the same size as my old flags and therefore did not fit on the pins. I contacted the flag seller and asked if I could purchase a set of pins to match the flags I had purchased. I was told they don't sell the pins separately which was disappointing. However, to my great amazement and certainly one of the best examples of customer service, the seller sent not one but two complete sets of pins, cups and flags free of charge (two sets because I had cups at my golf course). . and each set only had 3 pins, cups and flags). So now I have a great new look for my putting green. Many thanks to the seller Kingtop Manufacturing Co for the excellent and very generous customer service.
