Caution as a beginner: Accessories

Attention, this is a niche product. If you're afraid to learn stay away, I'm pretty good at computer lingo but this was the new monster. First, there is a support forum but no real customer support for this product. So be prepared to connect through the site and FYI and look for discord groups to join bro. There's no real deal here as it costs $80 and all the game packs are either outdated or designed for the latest generation games. Although the online community is active in programming for current generation games. For the price, this thing could be up and running in 21 minutes, but I suspect by the time you're 23 you're going to need the latest and greatest baby. I started out with it working out of the box, but gradually it started to falter. I've had macros misfiring (turning on) in the middle of a game that should have been turned off. id should do a hard reset by powering the mod off and on again, which will give me a properly programmed mod. But not even a week went by that I didn't have authentication between my computer and the controller. I was able to run diagnostic tests using the app's built-in device monitoring tool, where I saw a trigger signal when testing two different controllers, all of my buttons and joystick directions. However, when I launch the game normally with a Titan connected, not just a controller, I have no signal with the Titan, and it doesn't even open the home button with the Xbox button, without the Titan I can use all of those Buttons and play the game with only the controller. Out of the box the Titan is authenticated, but not after a bit of use and programming. Product 8 years ago but it's not perfect. There are many quirks and you can generate huge script errors if you don't tiptoe through the lines of code. anyway, if you can follow the instructions word for word and find support for the device it will do, but for now my research has led me to the conclusion that the hardware may not be working properly and some forums even mention similar authentication issues . I play on PC with Xbox One controller. I'm not sure of the exact problem as it worked initially. I have a suspicion that the USB dongle and controller require too much power for the 2.0 port to work properly. If so, it's a $20 accessory. I think maybe it's just a bad usb dongle because it worked initially, not error free because the code variables are hard to master and test, but it worked until it broke. Revain will replace the product free of charge and ship within the next few days. So I'll test the new one and let you know what's up.
