Review on ProMES by Craig Mcdonald

The app works smoothly with my Microsoft Teams software (both as an admin but also via employee integrations) which we use for our work communication platform, so easy integration of HR data into team chats / meetings etc was key here! I can't say anything specific about this product yet - more features would be great though :) We are using it in multiple ways now at M&S Bank Group Ltd., including internal development reviews & customer satisfaction surveys where participants rate us against each other within teams or across different sites/brands when giving ratings directly through SurveyMonkey tools like PollDaddy too ;) There are so many features, it's hard to know where to start! The best part of this tool is how simple everything is - you can't mess up or lose data in any way (it's all real time).

It helps me keep track of my team members' progress throughout our biweekly 1-on-1 meetings with them. I'm able to see who has been productive during those sessions as well as who needs more training/feedback from me.
