I'm old school and I was taught that if your pants have a belt loop you can wear a belt with them. These belts are suitable for casual wear and slightly more sophisticated clothing, are fully adjustable and look more expensive than they really are. However, if you're hoping for a functional belt to hold your pants, this might not be the best option as they are VERY stretchy. The belt keeps my well-fitting pants in place, but if I were to lose a few pounds I would probably wear my pants up all day.
