Packaged like a jewel and looks like a jewel.
Very nice, no leaks, very smooth operation, great brushed nickel finish. I want the off position to be down and the position up. It just looks better down there. Instead it's the other way around. They come with a bunch of different parts to help with the installation, none of which worked for me. I went a little crazy trying to find parts to match the parts that came with it. It finally dawned on me: ditch all the included adapters, buy a plastic 3/8 to 3/8 quick connector, and install the missing link to complete the installation. Everything is ready and installed. Looks great.
