Heavy and hard maneuvering

Very heavy. The box arrived a bit crumpled which led me to believe the items were sent back sooner. But I bought it like new. It's expensive for the quality you get. A plate arrived bent. I opened it alone but a second person would be helpful as the cage weighs over 100lbs. The metal is heavy. I had to slide an old blanket underneath to slide around the house. Two people are required to lift and carry. I doubt we would fold it up for travel. We are getting a medium sized dog, he is now 12 weeks old. It had a lot of headroom, which is a plus for us. He likes to walk in it and is safe. Impossible to bend the bars, the metal is too thick. Once installed, it serves its purpose. Traveling with him is out of the question for us. It looks very industrial and doesn't necessarily enhance the decor, but it's better than destroying furniture and other household items if we leave the little guy alone. We don't use it at night so we can't tell if he sleeps in it. The puppy likes the human bed at night and we let him. I work from home so he doesn't really use the cage every day and when he does we don't leave him in there for more than a few hours. So it works for us. I would buy something better, smaller and lighter if I could do it again. The return is too cumbersome due to the weight and size.
