I bought a pair of these for a tubing trip with friends and picked them up at the end of May. But my iPhone 6s Plus with a thin case hardly fits in. Stupidly on my part, I untied the pouch from my lanyard and tossed it to my friend in another tube to take a picture. Needless to say, he fell into the water and drowned immediately. The phone was connected to a waterproof Bluetooth speaker, which lost connection almost immediately after falling in water. I assumed the worst. I jumped up and tried to find him but to no avail. Now for clarification, I was skeptical about the product from the start. I didn't do a cloth test (put a tissue in a pocket and dunk it in water), and given the size of the 6s Plus, I assumed it wouldn't seal as well as I could on a smaller phone. I had to put my phone upside down in my pocket so I could use the camera. But other than that it seemed well done. Anyway, a month into the trip and after canceling my debit card (which was in my phone pocket) and getting a new phone, I was contacted by a really nice guy who was at the same river over the weekend. Not only did he find the bag which he said was still submerged about 3 feet in water, but it still worked! I only got it recently and of course it still works the same as the day I lost it. The pouch had some minor water damage, mold and scratches, as expected, but the inside of the pouch was bone dry. I know you might be skeptical about this review, but then again, so am I. It absolutely works. Today I'm even buying two more.
