Well done and I'm glad I have it. The screws didn't fit, but when I went to the hardware store, my brother stopped me and showed me that if I screwed in a wing nut from the back, he would pull the metal squares next to the screw heads through the hole. This surprised me as I thought they were too big to fit through the hole. It was true - just tighten the wing nuts and they will stretch. A screw forced us to push it against the table to slide it further. Although the lid is locked by tightening the wing nuts, I found an easier way to use one of the interior wooden dividers to hold the box open. I put a box of watercolor pencils next to the opening of the easel box and then I lean a piece of wood against it and close the lid and it holds the lid open so I can use the easel on the back of the box and keep practicing. I no longer have to tighten nuts to hold the lid open to use the easel. The price is very good and it serves its purpose. I consider it a very good buy.
