So this thing looks awesome! I saw it on YouTube/Tiktok. You have to have Revein! Let me tell you I was so excited when I first received this! It's easy to use and so cute that it replaces my 2 small ice cube trays. First I hand washed it with soap and hot water and let it dry. I uploaded it and had it installed. On first use I noticed these floating pieces of clear plastic in my mug, I thought maybe it was a bad mug or the dishwasher didn't clean it well. Reset and try again, same thing! So I decided to run the entire tray in the dishwasher. Pulled out and repeated the process. This time I thought it would help! NO! Terrible product still has floats in my cup it's silicone! This cheap *** product leaves silicone residue in my drinks! I already recommended it to my sister-in-law and quickly told her don't buy this junk! So disappointed! Great idea, terrible result! However, I will still leave a plastic tray to hold my other ice cubes in!
