What I wanted for back massagers
My device was 80% charged so I could use it right away. I have arthritis in most major joints including my neck. I always massage my neck and put pressure on those muscles. I am 63 years old. i am strong enough If you can't hold an almost 2 pound object that's vibrating heavily, this won't work for you. Otherwise, this is a good device at a reasonable price.
