Doesn't work with printer ink and toner

Edit: The company got back to us quickly and offered to send me a new set of ink cartridges to test. Unfortunately the black cartridge failed again, but I have no way of knowing if the problem is with the ink or with the printer itself. Updating this review to reflect quick customer service. Very disappointed that I spent money on this computer ink - the colors worked mostly but the black didn't work at all.
