I ordered this flat plate to use and when I received it I was absolutely delighted. First, the packaging was amazing and very strong. It would take a long time for the iron to be damaged in transit as it comes packaged in a sturdy box with a magnetic closure that I almost didn't know where to open! 🙂 The iron comes in a velvet storage bag and a pair of hair clips. Love the locking feature to keep it in the closed position. Better for storage. The digital display is sharp and I love how it counts when it gets hot. Finally, the plates and quality facilitate smooth movements through the hair. Unlike some other straighteners I've used, they seem to stick to your hair. In general, I really liked everything about it!
