I spend a significant portion of my day staring at screens, whether it's the TV, computer or my phone. While eye strain isn't usually a problem I have, I am concerned that blue wavelength light is interfering with my ability to fall asleep at night, so I bought these glasses to protect myself from that in the evenings. They don't come over the counter, but they're big enough to fit over my prescription glasses (just like 3D glasses in a movie theater), and they're also wide enough to fit my face without slipping off my nose. I also like that the glasses box contains a small LED and a light sensitive card to check. As for the glasses themselves, I can't guarantee that they will do everything they say they will, but I sleep pretty well.
