The linkage does not fit the larger shaft on the new derailleur model, after filing it did, but now it does not work forward only backwards. After carefully labeling and photographing the wiring prior to assembly, this unit will not operate in the forward direction. They should have at least sent the schematic with the device. Now the car won't work until I can afford to find something that does. too much money wasted on junk. the only thing difficult is the price.
