I was very happy to install this product and enjoy smooth shifting with a simple BALL. Everything was going smoothly until I put the center console back on and checked the "throw" between gears. I can't get into 2nd, 4th, 6th and R gears with this stick. There is a problem with the distance from the center console. I assume it's because I have a 1 inch body lift on my Jku. I uninstalled it and made all sorts of changes but when I reinstalled the center console it kept happening. It would be great to know that this doesn't work on a body lift jeep. I've tried SEVERAL times and SEVERAL hours to contact someone from tech support with no success. I thought I should bend the rod, but it's better to return the money. I couldn't drive my jeep at all and had to put the original knob/knob back in place. TOTAL waste of time.
