Item is not as shown, hexagon screw is missing.

The bold style in the photo does NOT match what I received. I specifically ordered this item because it shows a hex head on a split screw. Instead, I received a typical Chinese product with a flat head. It's not easy to tighten this properly when you can only put a wrench/head on the nut but not on the bolt head.
