Review on Kinter Silver Theft Protection Magnetic by Lamar Vanderburg

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works - Worth buying - Can be used on a variety of anti-theft devices

I did my research. We need an alpha anti-theft key that opens safes. Real keys cost $100+. This is a very suitable fake. I do not regret this purchase. In fact I used it many times yesterday at the store I work at (first day) and had no problems. I read reviews that the material is cheap and prone to damage. I didn't think so. Don't get me wrong - does it look easy? Yes. Is it covered with a white sticker or foil on the outside to hide the magnets that will peel off over time? Yes. But none of that matters. The important thing is: 1) does it work, 2) does it break? 1) There are two tabs that should match Spider devices and boxes. Once attached, push the key and the magnets pull the latch on the device and it opens. The fact is that in my shop there are devices that need tabs, and there are devices that do not need them. Some alpha fields do not have tab wildcards. They are flat and require a different type of key. The cool thing is that this key works on everyone. I just had to position it in the right place, move the key and it opened. So again, does it work? Yes 2) Will it break? Unless you try to break it. I can clearly see the glossy white sticker covering the magnets peeling off. But that's cosmetic. The tabs are strong. Don't do anything stupid with your key and nothing stupid will happen. For the price it was great.

Pros
  • Guarantee: Erase e-data from most devices. BE CAREFUL WHEN PLACING OR STORE ELECTRONIC DEVICES, keep them away from your wallet to avoid damaging your balance, pinching your fingers, hitting each other or grabbing metal objects
Cons
  • Not trendy
