Replaced three batteries in a laptop. None worked. Called Dell and used their battery but the problem persists. Use this charger and no more problems. The laptop charges and works perfectly. I think a lot of people don't realize that most of the time the problem is with the charger and not the battery. If you don't use a proper charger or a cheap charger, you'll have the same problem as me.
