I used a full tube and cleaned it twice a day. Only twice because it's a bit abrasive as I clean a lot. Yesterday I went to the dentist for a cleaning and the hygienist was very surprised and asked me if I had stopped drinking coffee. I said no but I use a different toothpaste. She asked me about the trademark and how to get it, I'm in Japan. So yes, it absolutely works for me to prevent my teeth from turning dark from drinking coffee. I also think my teeth have gotten a bit whiter, but I didn't take any pictures before I started using it, so there's no real proof. But it works for me and I will continue to use it. If you want whiter teeth, I recommend having a professional whiten and then using that for maintenance. As for taste, I mix it with my regular toothpaste, gum, half and half is fine.
