Review on 🎵 Nebula Soundbar - Fire TV Edition with 4K HDR Support, 2.1 Channel, Built-In Subwoofers, Voice Remote featuring Alexa by Dana Franklin

I was looking forward to this soundbar. I pre-ordered on availability day. Received earlier than expected on November 22nd. Worked for about an hour before the bass went away and never came back. Revain customer service was absolutely unhelpful, in fact it was the worst experience I have ever had with Revain customer service. After about an hour they thought it was my problem and I had to contact Anker. In my disappointment that they didn't know anything about the product, I asked for a return label. There were small attempts to send the problem back to Anker but there was no attempt to send me a replacement so the soundbar was sent back. In addition, the remote control does not live up to expectations, whatever frequency it uses to change channels, volume, etc. is the same as some LED lighting controls. So when I used the remote, some WiFi enabled IR controlled LED bulbs in my house would change color, mode, get brighter or dim, and just generally do weird things. In my opinion there isn't much point in releasing a product that outperforms other products. I hope there are more soundbar products in development that are Fire TV versions that do everything right. That's not the case with me at all.
