Works great, except for the top/bottom

Works great, but the top doesn't stay on, either side. Very annoying to pick it up and the top (bottom) falls right off every time.**UPDATE** - I was contacted by MIXOO customer service and they said "you may have received a defective grinder" and sent me a replacement, of which works great now.
