I've tried different exfoliation methods and products over the years, these are some of my favorites. They are larger than other similar products and of high quality. I really appreciate that the seller gave tips and advice on how to use it. The most important thing to remember when using a loofah remedy is to be careful! Don't start brushing without thinking or applying too much pressure. I (and the seller) recommend getting the sponge very wet and testing it on your hand first. Figure out how much pressure to use and which direction to rub. It's also great for the face and body. Really helps with problem areas like dry elbows, knees, ankles. It also helps moisturizers absorb into the skin after use.
