Looks are deceiving

I wish that I had read the comments before purchasing. I normally would for most things I purchase. However who would ever think there would be a design flaw in a papertowel holder? Cute in design but you have to unscrew the entire fork piece (which in real life looks more like a pitchfork) to replace the papertowel roll. Extremely cumbersome and very impractical.
