Review on Humidifier Kitfort KT-2810, white by Czesawa Jasiska ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value for the money, definitely recommended!

I've been using it for two weeks, so far I have never regretted it. I read in the reviews that it can leak. I gave him space to evaporate moisture and did not notice any drops or hints of water accumulation anywhere. It is important to clarify that the manufacturers have written explanatory instructions, which I strongly advise you to read before use. It is written in a layman's language and it describes all the possible problems that may arise during the operation of the humidifier, and, accordingly, their solution. Also, it describes the importance: 1. Wiping the surfaces on which the machine is installed. The fact is that it takes air from below and all the dust that settles on the surface can reduce the quality of its work. 2. About installation: at least half a meter above the floor and space to the side where moisture is directed. So that moisture does not settle, becoming drops of water. 3. Pure water. I pour only water from under the filters into the device, because all the plaque and other sediment on the furniture arises solely due to impurities in the water (more about this is written in the instructions). Accordingly, in order to avoid such unpleasant consequences, I use purified water. 4. Pour out the water when not using the fogger for several days. My previous traditional air humidifier had to be thrown away for two reasons: 1) I poured unfiltered water into it and an indelible deposit formed in the tank; 2) mud that forms on all elements of the device during idle time (there are places where it simply cannot be cleaned). Also in the reviews they complained about the moisture sensor (I don’t have my own Hygrometer, so I just focused on changing the readings on the device itself). Because the sensor is on the device itself, it does not show the average measurement for the room, it shows the level of humidity next to it. The only thing I can advise is to direct the jet of moisture in the opposite direction from the control panel (as I understand it, the sensor is located next to it and the measurements will be more correct).

Pros
  • * Value for money: 5 out of 5 (perfect) * Quiet: You can sleep peacefully with it. All you will hear is drops falling inside the tank (moisture accumulates and condensation starts to occur inside it, about an hour after the start of work) * The wire is long enough * There is a moisture measurement sensor and you can follow the changes * Laconic design (while I was looking for a suitable air humidifier, almost all functional models were gigantic and visually . not aesthetic. This model was incredibly pleased that it fit into the interior and, with due effort, it can even become a full-fledged part of it) * There is a bath for aroma oils (I haven’t used it yet, but I like to sit under a stream of moisture and I think it will be very useful for the skin of the face to add some kind of oil) * Timer and sleep mode. At night, you can set a timer to fall asleep with humid air (and, for example, the aroma of lavender, which soothes and helps improve sleep quality) and turn on sleep mode so that the light from the screen does not interfere even when you turn it off (after the timer expires or when using all the water) there was no awareness sound that could wake * At the beginning of operation, the operating time with a full tank of water is longer than indicated in the description (at maximum power) * Simple and clear instructions, which take into account all the possible nuances of operation * Simple and clear display with touch buttons * Eco-friendly packaging
Cons
  • As such, there are no cons, all possible problems that arise during the use of the device are due to the need to ensure certain conditions for its operation, such as: clean water, wiping the surface on which the device is installed, space for the evaporation of a jet of moisture.
