**If your child will be unsupervised in this playpen, I do not recommend it **Sorry for the long post, but it's better to explain to save someone from my situation. This item worked fine and served its purpose until a few weeks ago (our plug tops broke and Albott sent replacements free of charge, great customer service so far so we didn't use it again until we could replace those plugs). Meanwhile, I caught my one-year-old with a tiny screw in his mouth. I was amazed as to where that came from as I inspected his toys before giving them to him to play with. I never thought this was an actual playpen as there is no visible screw on the outside of the item so why would I assume the screw is from there. Out of curiosity, I shook the panels of the playpen and TWO identical small screws popped out of the panels. ** As mentioned, I literally caught my kid with one of these in his mouth. Luckily I was there to keep him from swallowing it. Albott customer service fixed my broken connectors very quickly. However, now that I know that tiny screws do fall out of the panels, I have asked for a full refund/refund. 1 star for their responsive customer service, otherwise I would have given 0 for a potential safety issue with the playpen.
