I had a CardScan 600c for several years. That's because I can write a few keywords on business cards as soon as I get to know them and when I look through them later, the notes are already there. I then type those notes into the CardScan text box. I also recorded the event "Messe XYZ 2012". That way I can look up everyone I met at THIS event and provide some consistency when I call in a few months. Custom "checkboxes" are also very useful. Some of these already exist, but I'd also like to add my own. Example.Los Angeles Downtown.Los Angeles Westside.Pasadena.OrlandoDenver So if I call San Diego North County I can do a quick search and book a few more visits while I'm there. The card scan layout is very intuitive. Optically simple. It scans a real card in color or black and white. EVERYTHING IS SYNCED BOTH WAYS WITH Outlook and other popular productivity software. The checkbox data and notes also appear on my Android phone. Their technical support is intelligent, efficient, helpful and friendly. Great tool. john b
