Review on Fosmon Approved Luggage Indicator Combination Travel Accessories by Kara Torres

We received this lock in a set of 4 just before our flight and easily reprogrammed the standard lock combinations into 3 of these. the 4th could not be opened or reprogrammed at all; it looks like it was somehow set to something other than the default code given. The seller replied and offered to replace the lock but that was 2 months ago and we haven't seen it yet. It's hard to say if we will because COVID 19 struck around the same time. It is worth noting that TSA opened one of our locks to check the contents of baggage on 2 different flights, but 1 lock did not show it was open as intended.
