Very disappointed with the product

I have other CMTECK products but the USP ZM350 speakerphone was a big disappointment. The device was easy to set up (ie plug and play) but the sound quality was very poor. Many times the other participant didn't hear me, there was a transition delay and you don't have an option to turn off the speaker from the app (i.e. you only have to do it from the speaker).
