I originally bought this for my green cheeked hutch and cockatiel cage but when they didn't touch it I put it away and got it back when I got it got new parrot. My parrot LOVES IT. She plays on it all the time and even sleeps on it. A word of caution though. Last night I discovered that my bird had one of the tassels stuck to the underside of its beak. After a long tug (and bite) I managed to unhook the rope, but there's still a strand stuck in its beak that I can't unhook. Needless to say, I cut the tassels on the toy as short as possible so this doesn't happen again. I would recommend trimming the tassels as short as possible before giving the toy to your bird. Luckily the rope just got stuck in her beak and didn't strangle her.
