Review on Clear 2 L Anchor Hocking Ovenproof Glass Batter Bowl, 2 Quart by Denise Rivera

I really wanted to like this bowl. My wife loves these glass bowls and as her previous bowl broke I gave her these for Christmas earlier this year. She opened it and was happy and we set about washing and baking pancakes or something this morning. She didn't complain, but the next time I used it, I noticed some very sharp edges along the handle where molten glass spilled out between the molds during the making of the piece. They trimmed it a bit and filed it a bit so it's not easy to cut, but it's sharp and uncomfortable, and using it for more than a few minutes makes my hand red and tender. . I've thought about taking out my Dremel and sanding it down, but didn't want to risk bowl integrity just yet. I still can though, it's somewhere between annoying and annoying enough to do something about.
