I recently purchased this digital thermometer for my Home and Kitchen and it has truly been a game changer. As a result of using this product I found that getting an accurate temperature reading for my meat dishes has been a breeze! The backlit display makes it easy to read the temperature in any lighting .The only con is that it requires a watch battery that is not included. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone who loves to cook and wants consistent and perfect results every time..
