I was so happy when I finally tried this jacket on and it fit so well. The material seems to be of good quality and the shape is nice. The day I decided to wear the jacket I was about to steam iron the creases and that's when I noticed a huge hole in the lining and on top of that someone was trying to fix another hole and they really did bad work. his seam. We live abroad and had to move, when I was ready to put the jacket on the return window was closed. Now I'm stuck with a used jacket and can't seem to get it back. This is a quality control issue and should NEVER reach the customer. please do it right I will update my review accordingly to indicate LookbookStore's willingness to fix the bug. We give them a good rating! However, they never did! Waited several months! Please correct!
