I like that it has so many different ways to get information about your customer. The program is helpful for tracking all of my calls, as well as having the ability to track them from home or when traveling. It has helped me save a lot of time by being able to keep up with everything I need to do. There are times where I have to log back into the software to see what I missed during my last session. This can be very frustrating if you're trying to make sure you don't miss anything important. The program also doesn't always pick up new voicemails right away. Sometimes I have to call the number back to find out they've been left. Having this software has allowed me to take care of business while still at home.
