I love this product and would continue to buy from the online source but when the product arrived most of the product spilled. Shampoo and conditioner were placed in an envelope lined with plastic wrap and bubble wrap. The shampoo cap cracked and the contents spilled out. The container was only 8.5 ounces and half spilled, it turned out to be very expensive
