Review on GRT by Victor Hurvitz

As a loyal consumer of the GRT online store, I was extremely disheartened to discover that the company does not actually conduct ongoing research and testing of new materials and technologies, despite their assertions to the contrary. In spite of their assurances that they provide the best products available on the market, the actuality is not in the least bit satisfying. The products that were sent to me were below average, and neither unique nor remarkable features could be found in any of them. The price was extremely high, and the product was significantly below average. I was unable to find any indication that they were actually utilizing the cutting-edge technology that they claim to be using. In addition to this, the customer service was terrible, and the employees appeared to have little to no information about the products they were selling. They were unable to respond to any of my questions, and the reaction that they provided was condescending and unprofessional. In conclusion, I would not advise anyone to shop at the GRT online store if they are searching for products that are innovative and of high quality. Their assertions that they conduct ongoing research and testing amount to nothing more than hollow words, and the value of their products does not justify the cost.
