I think both compartments would be better with a zipper because things tend to fall out the other side if you're not careful; and it would be nice to have an inner pocket for dollar bills that would be separate from the rest of the compartment. The zipper design is a little flimsy - not sure how it's sewn in or what, but sometimes it feels like it's getting stuck. Also when it is completely filled with cards and other things in the side compartments. The snap-on design is nice too, but when fully loaded with cards and other stuff in the side pockets it becomes unwieldy where the snap-on is a bit cumbersome and doesn't "feel" secure like it goes unexpectedly pop up and solve. I love the color and the many card slots.
