I like that it's very easy for me as admin or customer service representative to see what channels are available in my region/country along with pricing information so we can make informed decisions about which services will fit our needs best. It also has great reporting tools allowing us to create custom reports (such as by channel) at any time from anywhere within the platform. The interface could use some improvements such as making search more user friendly when searching through all of the different categories including movies, tv shows etc. As a small business owner who does not have technical knowledge nor experience setting up streaming solutions this product was perfect because it allowed us to focus on other aspects of running our businesses while having someone else handle those tasks.
