It was fun. I turned it into a birthday party for 8 year olds. The tools were just enough for 6 kids to do their own experiment using the same instructions (if that makes sense). I will say that some of the directions are a bit of a challenge for a person who is unfamiliar with science. I was glad that another adult who knew a thing or two about what we were doing was there to help make it more successful. But honestly I'm so glad we got it and the kids loved it. I asked if it was for kids but it was perfect. We did about 3 experiments that day. I look forward to doing more with my two children. The station was strong because of its thickness. That made the job easier. A great way to learn while having fun!
