We have a dog shelter that hates collars and is told where to go (honestly lol) but has a collar must carry if we continue a journey or if he escapes. The only thing that worked for him were the little loop collars from the shelter before. We tried everything else, he just shook his head and it was gone. He's been wearing this for a week now and he's survived an escape, a visit to the vet and a visit to an animal shelter for a check up and it doesn't seem to bother him too much. It's loose enough when he's not trying to rip it off that it's comfortable, and tight enough when he's trying to take it off that it doesn't come off, but it doesn't seem to choke him either. Foster's dilemma solved!
