Prompt delivery and arrived as described. I was surprised that no installation instructions accompanied the battery; however, there are plenty of videos online to walk you through the exchange of the old with the new. After completely charging the new battery, the charge lasted about 4.5 hours. Overall, I'm happy and am deducting 1 star only for the lack of instructions.
