I bought this on the recommendation of America's Test Kitchen who claim to test multiple brands of product and announce the winner. I was very curious to see if my oven heats up properly, but unfortunately it is far below the actual temperature. Do not buy this product. I wish I'd read one and two stars first because I wouldn't buy it. I put the thermometer in the oven, then turned it on to preheat to 400 and the oven thermometer only read 325. I can't believe my oven can get this far. I expected a difference of 5-10 degrees, not 75. I increased the temperature to 450 and the thermometer only went up to 375. Very disappointed. If I could
