Great frying pan but a few things are missing
Easy to clean, cooks evenly, heats up quickly and food doesn't burn. It's not oversized so forget about it if you're looking for it. It's just the right size for my needs. All in all, this is an excellent frying pan. But there are a few things I think they could do better. The temperature setting is very small and difficult to read. The instruction manual is easy to follow but does not list the recommended cooking temperature. They have a few on their website but these are of little use to me in the kitchen. I have no reason to return it as it is the best non-commercial pan I have ever used.
