I have had similar straps from two different brands. I thought it was the same just from two different sellers. They were essentially the same, except they had different skin tones and one was more stretchy than the other. I can't remember if this one was harder. In any case. I am a plus size woman and ordered 1XL for me and 3XL from another company for my husband. We love her! I will say they don't have much extra length. Therefore, be sure to check the length of the belt with the size of the pants in the table. When I first ordered, I received a large belt, not a 1XL, and couldn't fit into the belt.
